Our Team

The CDP team is led by brothers Eric and Kyle Paine who founded CDP in 2011 and have since directly led the development of our organization’s 2,200+ units within 30 unique projects across four states. Our diverse CDP family is comprised of multi-disciplinary professionals who are passionately devoted to our mission. The team has the breadth of knowledge, holistic design experience, transaction structuring expertise, and project management acumen to identify, underwrite, and successfully execute on opportunities. That coupled with the deep commitment to enhance the quality of life for residents sets CDP apart.

As we’re highly selective about our projects, we can focus on our values of integrity, inclusivity, and quality instead of quantity. We founded this company to do what we love, and while we work hard, we also have fun in the process. We’re proud of the growth we’ve achieved so far, but see the highest value in our relationships.
