Teryll joined CDP in March 2022 and collaborates with the CDP Development team to drive the acquisition, development, financing, and entity compliance for various projects. Teryll has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Previously, Teryll was the Transaction & Finance Manager at The Green Cities Company, where she oversaw the management of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and entity compliance. She also was the Senior Real Estate Legal Compliance Coordinator at a publicly traded REIT, Alexandria Real Estate Equities in Los Angeles, California. Teryll holds a BA in History from Sonoma State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Pasadena City College.

When off the clock, Teryll can be found planning her next foodie adventure (whether in the city or in her kitchen), boarding a plane to an international destination, thrifting for a vintage muumuu, or swing dancing the night away.
