Ramon Johns is the Office Manager of the Portland office and works to support Eric and assist with special event planning. Before joining CDP, he worked as an office manager at Mindshare—a Global Media Agency with 117 offices in 86 countries. While at Mindshare he created wellness and philanthropy initiatives while also curating the office culture and social media content. Ramon received his BA at Mississippi State in Biological Science.

Before moving to Portland, Ramon worked in both social and corporate events, and became a certified wedding planner in Michigan. In his spare time, Ramon is a member of PDX Frontrunners, an LGBTQIA run club that promotes good health and is an opportunity for positive social interaction through running and club events. When he is not running, you can find him somewhere eating desserts and getting lost in the many forests Oregon has to offer.
