As a member of CDP’s Asset Management Team, Holly oversees the operations and performance of CDP projects. Responsibilities include overseeing onsite operations and compliance, reviewing property financials, and projecting cash flows. The Asset Management Team sustains CDP’s vision and mission for their properties beyond the construction phase by tracking resident services activities and attendance, and ensuring the properties meet CDP’s financial and mission-driven goals. Holly has worked in the affordable housing industry for nine years, engaging in operations, lease-ups, permanent supportive housing, and resident services.

Holly is from Portland, Oregon. Prior to joining CDP, Holly worked for a nonprofit development and social service organization based in East Multnomah County. Holly received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from Macalester College and holds a masters degree in Public Health, with a specialization in Health Management and Policy from the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors.
