Wendy has been working in community development in the Portland Metro Area since 2011. Prior to her work as an affordable housing developer, Wendy worked as an architect in New York City. In her most recent role at REACH Community, she led the development of new construction and historic renovations of affordable housing. Prior to REACH, she worked for Central City Concern, Oregon’s top permanent supportive housing organization.

Wendy has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Oregon. She is a licensed architect in Oregon and New York, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
