Diana Mueller
Project Manager (CA)

Diana is a Project Manager specializing in both acquisition/rehab and new construction projects. She joined CDP in 2015 and has since worked in various capacities on the majority of CDP’s projects to date. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Organizational Management from Vanguard University and was formerly Vice President of Operations for a local mortgage and real estate company where she oversaw 5 branch offices, IT, HR, Accounting, and Compliance.

Diana is an Orange County native and has been an active Costa Mesa resident since 2000. She is passionate about her neighbors and community and helped launch the Homeless Check-In Center in 2012, providing safe, accessible storage, showers, and laundry for her neighbors experiencing homelessness in her city. Volunteering and building relationships with this vulnerable population drove her to want to do more and turned her attention to Permanent Supportive Housing. She was thrilled to join CDP where she’s been able to help create new homes and build partnerships to provide services for over 130 formerly homeless individuals and families.

Diana knows the lyrics to nearly every song and has what she hopes is an endearing habit of busting into song during normal conversations. She’s an avid reader and an eager world traveler who believes everyone should always have their passport at the ready. Plus, she’ll make you soup if you’re sick!
