In her role as Senior Development Manager, Teresa leads the development of affordable communities from the initial stages through completion, applying a strategic approach to project management. Before joining CDP, Teresa served as a Senior Associate on the development team at Chelsea Investment Corporation.

Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Outside of the office, Teresa enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and attending concerts.
