As CDP’s Development Director in the SW, Teresa leads the California development team and oversees the full lifecycle of projects, from pre-development through stabilization. Prior to this role, she served CDP as a Senior Development Manager, where she specialized in executing complex financial transactions and improving efficiencies across the development process.

Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
