As an Asset Manager, Alex oversees a portfolio of properties across Oregon and California. He is responsible for monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, and coordinating closely with on-site property management and resident services teams to support both operational goals and resident outcomes. Before joining his current role, Alex gained valuable experience working for a large property management company where he honed their communication and analytical skills. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy from Kenyon College.

Outside of the office, Alex can be found in the park or the gym playing basketball, at home relaxing and playing video games, or looking at travel destinations to entertain his wanderlust.
