As Director of Accounting, Andy manages CDP’s accounting team out of the California office and oversees all accounting activities, including audits and tax returns. He brings to the team extensive expertise in affordable housing from his prior role as Controller of Related California where he spent the last 8 years. Prior to Related he worked as Controller of Burke Real Estate Group and as Tax Manager at Haskell & White.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Andy has a passion for adventure. He loves participating in Spartan races, honing his tennis skills, and cheering on his kids at their sporting events.
