As part of CDP’s Asset Management Team, Matt oversees daily operations of properties and coordinates with ownership and property management to execute CDP’s business plans accordingly. Prior to CDP, he operated a multifamily portfolio of approximately 1,200 units in Southern California for more than 5 years, where he analyzed market trends and conducted financial reviews to identify value-add opportunities. Matt brings considerable experience in financial analysis, revenue optimization, capital expenditures, expense monitoring, and team management.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He also holds his California real estate salespersons license and had a brief stint in multifamily brokerage with The Mogharebi Group before joining CDP.
