As CDP’s Chief Development Officer, Jessica Woodruff oversees the organization’s real estate development. Jessica is a seasoned professional dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing and joined the CDP team in February of 2019 as the Director of Development. During her time here, she has been instrumental in driving projects from start to finish, as well as leading and training the Development team.

Jessica comes to CDP from her ten-year tenure at REACH Community Development, where she was the Director of Housing Development. Prior to REACH, Jessica served as a Senior Originations Associate at PNC Multifamily Capital where she evaluated the financial feasibility of new affordable housing development opportunities.

Jessica holds a BA from the University of Oregon and in 2017 was awarded a certificate of completion from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Executive Education.
