Lucy works at the project level, taking projects through the development process from inception to stabilization, including managing due diligence, financing, design, permitting and construction. Prior to CDP, Lucy worked at REACH Community Development, Kaiser Group and Turtle Island Development.

Lucy has a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Urban Studies from Macalester College. Lucy lives in Portland with her husband and two young sons.
