As a member of CDP’s Asset Management Team, Mary Eileen oversees the day-to-day operations of all of CDP’s projects, as well as managing all resident services partners. In addition to the typical Asset Management responsibilities of overseeing onsite operations and compliance, reviewing property financials and projecting cash flows, the Asset Management Team sustains CDP’s vision and mission for their properties beyond the construction phase by tracking resident services activities and attendance and ensuring the properties meet CDP’s financial and mission-driven goals.

Mary Eileen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Sustainable Urban Planning & Design from Seattle University, and minored in Business Entrepreneurship and Finance. She is also a registered yoga teacher and likes to practice and share yoga with her coworkers. In her spare time, Mary Eileen can be found baking, hiking, or on her yoga mat, preferably in Savasana (Corpse Pose).
