Toby is a professional with 35 years of experience in building maintenance and management. He has worked at Microsoft, Toyota, Kidder Mathews, Killian Pacific, and now brings his extensive knowledge to CDP. As the CapEx Project Manager, Toby manages the capital needs, maintenance agreements, and maintenance and warranty schedules for CDP’s portfolio of assets, maximizing property performance and the resident experience. Toby is deeply passionate about his work and takes great pride in delivering top-quality services to his clients. He approaches his work with professionalism and dedication, always striving to deliver the best results.

When he’s not working, Toby enjoys pursuing his hobbies and spending quality time with his loved ones. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Toby has a love for exploring foreign lands and experiencing new cultures. In addition to his love for travel, he also has a creative side, enjoying metal and wood working, and is an avid camper, always accompanied by his wife, Anita, and their furry companion, Kiko, the one-eyed wonder dog.
