Gassen Gutierrez

Senior Project Accountant (OR)

Gassen joined the CDP team January 2022 as a Senior Project Accountant and oversees Project Accounting for California and Oregon projects. He has over 10 years of accounting experience including 4+ years of Project Accounting experience specifically with development projects. Prior to CDP, Gassen worked at Gerding Edlen/The Green Cities Company as a Project Accountant where he oversaw the accounting on development projects all over the country. Gassen received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and his Master in Financial Analysis from Portland State University.

Gassen enjoys his time away from the office spending time with his family, taking trips all over the Northwest, watching and participating in sports, and traveling internationally.
