As a member of CDP’s Asset Management Team, Ernesto oversees the day-to-day operations of CDP projects. Responsibilities include overseeing onsite operations and compliance, reviewing property financials, and projecting cash flows. The Asset Management Team sustains CDP’s vision and mission for their properties beyond the construction phase by tracking resident services activities and attendance and ensuring the properties meet CDP’s financial and mission-driven goals. Ernesto brings a wide range of experience in operations, lease-ups, and permanent supportive housing projects serving the chronically homeless population, Transition Age Youth, US Veterans, and their families.

Ernesto is from Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining CDP, Ernesto worked for various affordable housing organizations in Southern California as a regional property supervisor. He received his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UCLA.
