As CDP’s Senior Asset Manager, Melissa oversees the operations and performance of CDP properties in Oregon and Northern California. Melissa has worked in the real estate and finance industries for the past sixteen years engaging in the planning, development, syndication, ownership, and disposition of assets. She brings extensive experience in the arenas of affordable housing, sustainable design, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining CDP, Melissa worked for various nonprofit development organizations on the West Coast, managing real estate transactions, multi-family rental portfolios, and sustainability projects. She received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Messiah University and holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a specialization in Community Development from Portland State University.In her free time, Melissa enjoys being active outdoors—running, hiking, and cycling are some of her favorite pastimes.
