CDP’s 2022 Annual Report

We are very excited to release our 2022 Annual Report! 2022 was a banner year for CDP. We entered the second year of a five-year strategic planning period, focused on honing our execution and reigniting our pipeline development efforts, and have worked tirelessly to build out what we feel is the industry’s best team. Alongside an incredible cohort of partners and service providers, CDP has built, preserved, or is actively developing over 45 unique projects comprised of over 4,200 affordable homes throughout California, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona.
Our 2022 Annual Report includes a snapshot of our current portfolio, development and construction achievements, services and programming highlights, and a preview of what’s to come in 2023.
To our many partners, colleagues, team members and friends, thank you for being with us on this journey. We are greater when supported by all of the passionate individuals who share in our mission of providing affordable and stable housing to the people and families in our communities who need it most.
