Shola comes to CDP with deep experience and expertise in asset management and affordable housing operations, specializing in a Permanent Supportive Housing portfolio. Prior to CDP, Shola managed a national portfolio of multifamily assets in the Mid Atlantic, South East, and California. At CDP, Shola leads the asset and resident services team, ensuring optimal performance of CDP’s assets by implementing effective strategies to foster financial stability, long-term organizational growth, and a human centric approach to establish thriving communities and quality service for our residents.

Shola is a graduate from the University of Southern California and holds certificates from the USC Ross School of Real Estate and the LISC Housing Development Training Institute. Shola serves on the board for GALS Inc., an all-girls public middle school, and enjoys recreating gourmet menus for family and friends during the holidays. Her happy place is being a grandma to Kindred.
