Nahid joined the CDP accounting team in 2024 as our Accounts Payable Specialist and brings over 25 years of experience in real estate and property management accounting. Prior to CDP, she worked at Fidelity National Title and First American Title, as well as Far West Property Management Company as a full-cycle Accounts Payable accountant and Tricon Residential as a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. At Tricon Residential, her team processed transactions related to the operation of 38,000 single-family residences and 27 high-rise multifamily apartment buildings in the US and Canada. She also trained accounting staff both on-site and remotely from India and Canada.

Nahid is fond of fusion cooking, gardening, interior and exterior design, humanitarian services, listening to music, and watching dance competitions. She also enjoys designing and making jewelry in her free time. She supports several charities and foundations including Working Wardrobes, and Hope In Motion International.
