Lois brings over 30 years of experience in affordable housing to CDP, with expertise in programs like LIHTC, CDBG, HOME, PSH, and various HUD initiatives. She has managed the development and rehabilitation of a wide range of properties, from buildings as early as 1890 to new construction. Lois also founded a property management company for a local investment group. Additionally, Lois worked as an underwriter for the City of Portland Housing Bureau, where she analyzed complex affordable housing projects.

Her passion is ensuring that affordable housing is available to all, while fostering environments that promote the well-being, dignity, and safety of residents.
