Mahonia Crossing and Rockwood Village Announced as 2022 Gray Awards Finalists

We are excited to announce that two CDP developments are finalists in the 2022 GRAY Awards, including the new Honorable Mention Category!

Rockwood Village is a 2022 GRAY Awards finalist in the Design for Good category. Located in the heart of Gresham’s diverse Rockwood neighborhood, the five-building, 224-unit development includes five four-story buildings, a stand-alone community building, and new public park, Neighbors Park. 64% of the units for this project are comprised of larger units to meet the needs of larger family sizes. The site was designed by Waechter Architecture and built by LMC Construction. CDP partnered with Hacienda CDC on this project, who in addition to being a co-owner, provides invaluable resident services programming.

This year, GRAY Media announced the Honorable Mention Category, and named Mahonia Crossing as a Visionary finalist. Mahonia Crossing is a 6.5-acre, 184-unit, new construction, multi-building complex set around a central green space that will serve as a Community for All Ages – an intentional community where people of all ages live, work, and play together. The site, designed by Scott Edwards Architecture, will support a series of indoor and outdoor amenities. On-site wellness and creativity programs will be hosted by the lead service partner, EngAGE NW.

Thank you to all of the partners who have made these developments possible. We are honored to be 2022 GRAY Award finalists and hope to be named the category winners!
