In 2025, we reached important milestones across our portfolio—from completing transformative communities like Julia West House to launching CDP Builders. We expanded into new markets, advanced key developments, and continued investing in the services that help residents thrive long after move-in day.

At the same time, we navigated a rapidly evolving affordable housing landscape—one shaped by funding constraints, operational complexity, and shifting market conditions. In response, we strengthened coordination across our teams and partners, ensuring that every community we build is not only delivered with care, but supported for long-term success.

Our commitment to resident well-being remained central. Across our communities, we supported thousands of residents through programming, partnerships, and services that foster connection, stability, and opportunity—from daily meals and community events to pathways toward long-term housing security.

As we look ahead, our focus is on sharpening execution, stabilizing and optimizing our existing portfolio, and continuing to explore new, more resilient approaches to development. The momentum built this year positions us to navigate complexity while staying grounded in our mission.
